Branding is what makes us memorable. Graphics give us visual reminders. Let’s make some eye candy that they’ll talk about. We partner with a graphic designer and then develop additional and flexible tools to share in Canva.

  • Absolutely! Most projects start with a small deposit to secure time in my calendar. Some projects involve monthly billing.

  • Yes! If you decide that you’d rather have edits done for you, I offer routine maintenance. This looks different for everyone so let’s talk.

  • I’m happy to give you ideas on how to utilize their skills. Motivated helpers are awesome, right?

  • I do my best to be as fair and flexible as possible with rates. Be sure to share your budget on our first call.

  • My fingers are pressing the buttons. Some posts are scheduled in advance, but we’re making all of the decisions.

  • I set up a series of folders within GoogleDrive. This ensures that we have a shared space to work. I’ll show you how to add files so that we aren’t digging around our inboxes.

  • Clients have access to a number of discounts including Squarespace, Google Workspace, Canva, MailChimp, Constant Contact, and QuickBooks.

  • Yes! Most services include light copywriting and editing. If you are truly stumped and need more than placeholders and prompts, I’ll work with you to write copy that suits the medium.

  • Depending on what you’ve booked, there may be domain registration, hosting, stock imagery, and design work.

  • It depends. All projects start with a brief consultation to ensure we’re a good fit, followed by a 1-hour kick-off (via Zoom or Google Meet). After that, it varies. Some projects require a couple of hours of your time upfront, others need your input at around 20-30-minutes/week. For any recurring meetings, we book online using GoogleCalendar.

  • I’m based in Blue Hill, Maine, same times zone as New York, Boston, and Miami. If you operate in another time zone, no sweat!

  • It depends. Great imagery and video is coming from those handy devices in our packets. We take and use a lot of images for clients. Be sure to tell us what your needs are.

  • With the exception of anything that you’ve sourced, that has a limitation (ex: custom fonts with limited use), everything I created is yours.

    Images + Video: I reserve the right to reuse any images that I’ve taken.

    Website: Once ownership is transferred to you, you own all of the content.
